"We enjoyed our short stay at Monte Carlo. The staff were friendly and helpful! We needed transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and they did an outstanding job taking care of all the arrangements! The room was clean and quiet. Love the location! My only complaint is the bed was too firm for us. But everything else was wonderful! "

"Location was great for walking central Venice and the plaza. Being able to get picked up by water taxi right at the hotel was very convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. One complaint was only one, single cup coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in a long line and wait to get coffee and chaos at breakfast."

Easy access to public transportation, but also easy to walk to the sights or just to wander down little side canals. But the main draw is the people. They are so very hospitable and helpful and make each visit feel like coming home. "

"Good base to explore the city, really well located for train and bus station, which is exactly what we needed for our stay. 100 metres from Grand Canal and water bus. Very clean and tidy room, very quiet but plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep."
