"Overall, very nice stay and room. We stayed in the junior suite, with canal view for a few days. Pros: The staff were very nice and friendly. I had emailed them before coming and they remember and addressed my questions. They walked us straight to our room and we received a free welcome drink which was a really nice touch! The room is very grand - felt like we were in Bridgerton. Very fancy! The bed was comfortable, clean and the set up of the washroom was great. The amenities like the water provided, complimentary cookies, coffee and the shampoo/bath gel, hairdryer were all very appreciated. The staff was very helpful too! We were provided a map and high level of what attractions and restaurants were nearby. Housekeeping also ensured the room was kept nice and clean. Location was fabulous - 5 mins from major attractions Cons: The canal view unfortunately was blocked by the railing and the mosquito screen was broken. A ton of mosquitos came in overnight and we each received 20-30 bites each, which is not the hotels fault. We called them for help and it took them really long to come. They also did not spray the room or install the insect machine like they said until we called a second time later. We had asked for them to take a look at the blood stains on the walls from when we killed the mosquitoes and clean it. It wasn’t done but the staff when they did come were nice and friendly, and helpful. The tv also was not digital or smart, and there was no tea available in room. "

"Wow! We stayed in the apartment and it was FANTASTIC! Two very comfy beds, tons of space, kitchen, living room, great view of the canals. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Loved our stay!"

"Croissants, preserves, brioche, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt, coffee, fruit juice and water. Very basic but good coffee. Could’ve done with an egg. "

"The staff are verg nice, helpful and for what the hotel is, they do a very good job of accomodating their guests. That being said, the hotel has weird idiosyncrasies. For example, it was not clear to me when I booked that the rooms do not have their own bathroom. 3-4 rooms share the bathroom that you see in the picture. Luckily there is a sink in the room but no toilet or anything. Also, they have an odd rule where they require you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave your room. If you go to breakfast drop off your keh, you go out for the day, drop off your key. They say its for security but, idk, i thought it was odd. Also, it did not bother me, but there is no tv in the room or other ame ities like personal coffee maker, etc. Lastly, the breakfast was okay, however the last day i stayed there the scrambled eggs were rotten and tasted sour/off. The location is in a very good spot of the ciry, close to many sites, gondolas, water taxis, etc. And the staff did have the desk manned literally 24 hours. So good on them for that. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended. "
