New hotel, clean, no carpet!

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

This property was safe and clean which is our number one expectation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and evening snacks were always well stocked and of good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location for transport to universal, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great location near airport and services

Although I picked the hotel for the convenient location, I will come back the next time I have the same need because of the kind and helpful staff and the nicely appointed room.

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, new amenities, spacious and clean room, convenient cafe offering good portions of food with very reasonable price, nice fitness center and pool. Definitely worth the money!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! This hotel was just minutes away from the airport and provided a convenient shuttle to and from the terminal. The property was modern, spotless, and offered a great breakfast with plenty of quick options. Alex at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
