"The room itself was decent. My only gripe was that you could not adjust the thermostat. Even though air was flowing it was only the fan. The temperature stayed at a putrid 77 degrees even though thermostat was set to 69. This made our experience at this hotel horrible."

"I’d definitely return to westgates! The staff was really helpful and the services that they offer are really good - especially the free shuttle to and from Universal. The room I stayed in wasn’t modern and I did have an issue with my bathroom but I was able to call facilities and get it rectified. That being said the room was clean and they did provide the basic amenities. Overall a very good stay, I would return and recommend for sure!!"
