It is disappointing to see what was once a really nice facility fall to such a state of disrepair. Expedia such probably not promote its use for family stays until the hotel brings the facility to a more acceptable standard. A little paint and general building maintenance would help a lot.

First room didn't have a shower knob, mattress sagged, and room stunk. Transferred us to another room which was better but the sheetrock above the tub was falling into the tub probably due to a leak in the room above. Staff was not very friendly and service was slow. They only served breakfast one of the two days we were there. Good thing is that there is free transportation to multiple parks.

They had to switch my room 2x due to the conditions of it. One room had molded cat food in the ac, was filthy and had mold growing everywhere. Finally the 3rd time they sent staff to make sure it was clean enough for me and my son. They did not have breakfast for the 3 days we were there, said the “tuck” never arrived. The playground was broken and unsafe for children. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! I was told by an employee at Cracker Barrel (we had to go out for breakfast) that this hotel is the one homeless people stay at… that there should say it all!
