"Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were friendly, housekeeping it said was every other day but they came every day. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. Life guards constantly being alert and doing training drills so you felt safe. Location was wonderful and food was good."

"The property was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff all around. It was great with kids. Our only issue was the food. There was one cafeteria type restaurant and it was mediocre. The good thing was that there was an IHOP across the street for breakfast and a short uber ride to the city walk which had a Yardhouse and several other food options. After our first experience eating there we opted to eat out every time after. Towels could be bigger and fluffier. Overall, a good place for families."

"I had a wonderful experience at Westgate Resort. Everything was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, charismatic, professional, and always helpful. The location of my villa was perfect — right in front of the pool and very close to the shops and parking, which made everything extremely convenient. I stayed in a large, beautiful villa that was spacious, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Westgate again for a future vacation. Highly recommended!"

"I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t umbrellas at the pool . The Florida sun is brutal , umbrellas are a MUST !! Drinks from the bar were weak or watered down . Beverage machines were always empty or sold out . I went to 6 machines in total . I stood there 28 days so it was quite disappointing ."
