"Room was clean didnt eat breakfast, and parking was fine"

"The staff that we encountered were great. Our room was not the best but we enjoyed our jacuzzi tub. The water park was not 100% funtional, which was a little disappointing since that's why we chose this location, and there was a BIG dead roach in the closet. Two days out of our stay it rained but the water park was open and on the day that is was sunny, some parts of the water park were closed. Throughout our stay we could not get the WiFi to work and the TV in our room was not a smart TV even though the controller had Netflix etc. buttons. That feature alone is a little out dated for our stay."

"Very family friendly. Clean hotel and room with lots to do on the property. Right next door to Volcano Bay. Would definitely stay again. "

"Pool area was great! Rooms are ok but very basic. No real place to put clothes. Housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make bed the entire time which was concerning. No laundry room. "
