Great place to stay. Room was clean, food was good, location was great.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Everything was awesome.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

Best property for an overnight stay . Had free on site parking , clean , super helpful staff . Breakfasted was excellent , 20 Minutes drive to airport . It is value for money

Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación

Very spacious and clean. However not a lot of restaurants around in walking distance.

Property and room were both very clean and newly refurbished. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Only downside is hotel does not have its own parking, but there is public parking available nearby.

El staff era amigable, y muy helpful

Room is nice and clean; onsite parking with a reasonable price is a plus. Convenient location! Highly recommend this place!

Habitaciones muy limpia y un buen servicio.
