"The room was newly refurbished and very clean. Unfortunately the room is located directly above the proprietor’s restaurant and below their residence. A lot of noise late into the evening. "

"This is a lovely bright and spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a grand and well maintained building, perfectly located for access to shops, restaurants and bars. It's a 10 minute walk from the funicular terminal, and while it overlooks the main street of the town, the entire apartment is surprisingly quiet (thanks to new double-paned windows).The kitchen is new, and fully appointed; bedrooms are frankly huge, and quite comfortable, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The showers and bathroom fixtures and finishes are new, and first rate.Our host was quite helpful with local dining and sightseeing suggestions, and extremely responsive to our inquiries and requests. We have no reservations about fully recommending this apartment -- it made our stay in Orvieto quite enjoyable. "

"No breakfast. Front desk didn't speak English. This morning we wanted to leave our luggage and wete told they are closing the whole hotel at 10.30 am, and won't hold our luggage. "

"Located on a quiet side street off a church plaza where the morning market is held, it was very convenient for shopping, eating, or taking a stroll. Room is very nice. The office is across the street; it's only open during limited hours, but the staff are very helpful."
