施設の外観は少し古い感じのビジネスホテルかなと思うような状態でした。フロントに向かうところや客室に向かう廊下も少し古びた感じを受けましたが、客室に入るとイメージは一変しました。リニューアルしたのか？と思うくらい綺麗な内装になっていて客室での滞在については大変満足いくものでした。予約した部屋もツインの部屋だったおかげで非常に客室内も広く、電源の数も多く、使い勝手も良かったです。朝食ビュッフェの品数の多さも満足です。新大阪駅からの距離も全然遠くなく利便も良いと思いました。 ただ、（予約時点でわかっていたことですが）浴槽がないのは残念でした。あと、ところどころに髪の毛が落ちていたのが気になりました。受付にある端末ではExpediaでの予約情報が検出できず不便でした。 とはいえ、また新大阪滞在の機会があれば選択肢の一つに入ると思えるホテルでした。

コンビニが隣にあること、新大阪駅近くであることは便利だったが、施設内の設備が限られていた。 部屋は色んな意味でシンプル。元々備え付けだったものがなくなっている感じ。 せめてスーツケースを置くスツールのようなものくらい欲しかった。 スーツケースでの移動は、上りエスカレーターと下りエスカレーターが別なので、駅からホテルに向かって右側の入り口が上り、ホテルフロント右斜め後ろが下りエスカレーターになっているので、入り口間違うと大変かも。

Lokasi yang super strategis dekat dengan shin osaka station. Pintu keluar midosuji line hanya 50 meter . Dari pintu lobby hotel langsung terlihat gate metro osaka midosuji line. Makan pagi biasa aja. Tapi bisa di makan, kamar cukup luar. Over all OK

Hôtel très propre avec de très bons services et la chambre était bien équipé. C'est sur, comme la plupart des chambres au Japon, la chambre était un peu petite. Le personnel était sympathique. Bien situé au niveau des transports à 1 min de marche de la station de métro et à quelques minutes de marche de la station JR Shin-Osaka avec le Shinkansen. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, style buffet avec un mélange de petit-déjeuner japonais et occidental.

Definitely posher up front in the foyer than in the room itself, but given the amount I was tearing around in the Osaka leg of my trip (Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara) I wasn’t actually in situ enough for it to matter. It did what I needed it to: a place to dunk my gear and get my head down for the next day. The rail ‘system’ in Umeda & Namba still sucks though.

きれいなお部屋でした。シングルで設備は最小限でしたが、ビジネスホテルであることを考えれば満足です。改善希望点は、シャワーの温度が十分熱くなるのにかなり時間がかかったことと、テレビが地デジしか映らなかったこと。せめてBSは見られるようにしてほしいです。

新大阪站，新幹線南口附近連續落兩層到地下，望過對面(靠右)就見到，有兩個入口，係 via Inn / 7-11 果邊較方便，係新大阪地下背向車站右手邊行1-2分鐘到尾，過一條小班馬線再直行就到7-11/ via Inn，再直行就到 ，呢邊有向上的電動樓梯，附近有便利店及食肆 地鐵就係新大阪站7號出口 隔音係比較差, 但亦可以接受 可用簡單英語溝通, 職員會用翻譯機回答
