A very convenient located hotel very near Shin Osaka station. Lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby. There's also a large supermarket 5 minutes away (across overhead bridge). Staff and cleaning is best

This hotel is conveniently located near Shin Osaka station. The room is modern and clean and has the bonus of a kettle, I only stayed one night in transit but found that it exceeded my expectations.

Good place for a few nights! The room is small but comfortable. The location is the best is you are travelling in Shinkansen. Breakfast was good.

Excellent staff.

The room was great and the front desk staff who were on duty the morning of 9/5/2023 provided an incredible amount of effort to help me getting tickets to the local baseball team, the Buffaloes. I hope the manager sees this and can somehow thank them for me.

Good experience with reasonable price. The room is small but it has basic things you will need. Good things: -Close to railway station -Reasonable price -Clean and tidy -They will give you convenient store coupon if you bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush Things Could be improved: -Toilet paper is cheap and thin -The curtain is thick, the room could be dark even in the morning but opening the curtain will be too bright. Add a layer of white curtain will be better -The light switch is hard to reach when you are lying on the bed. A remote light control will be better
