This was a no frills hotel. But it was clean and nice. It was about a 10 minute walk to the subway station. The staff were friendly and there were no problems at all with the stay.

I like this property, close to train station and walkable from Namba (Doutonbori) and Ebisucho (ShinSekai). There’s a convenient store across the street. Staff are very helpful and respectful. The breakfast buffet are good but the food menu repeats every other day.

Great choice

Good size restroom, comfortable bed. Hotel provides pajamas, slippers & daily water bottle. The staff is friendly. Will store luggage. 7 min walk from public transport. 15 min walk from Sinsekai tower. Would book here again if I ever come back to Osaka.

This is a great location that is not too busy but about a five block walk to the Namba City train station. There is a Lawsons steps from the hotel, so very convenient for buying water and snacks. The hotel buffet is very good with both western and asian options. It is worth the price to upgrade your hotel stay with the breakfast option as it has a good variety and is of high quality. There are great amenities too at the hotel like fridge, vault, pajamas that are replaced daily, slippers, weighing scale, storage. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Staff with very limited english service, but they tried their effort to communicate which is very appreciated. One of their front desk staff, a young lady with short hair who was on-duty on 29/2/2024 night, she has a very good observation, she knows that I don't have an umbrella and she provided me a one when there is raining outside. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

It is a nice hotel in a convenient location. It is near a railway line and which operates early jnte morning and can be heard. The breakfast is very good. However i found during my stay that i was charged twice, once an initial amount by the company who process card payments used by the hotel and then a second time when the amount is finalised and the original amount is released back to the card holders account. Apparently this can happen in Japan. It is close enough to walk Namba area, has a decent guest laundry. The room i was allocated was clean and had the facilities, but it was tiny and definitely bettwr suited with less luggage.
