Keep in mind this hotel is located on a rural area so you are about 20 min away from the little town and everything closes at 8. "This was recommended to us by our tour guides in Japan and it is a fantastic hotel. The food in the restaurant caters to every background and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel is older but has heritage and a great vibe because of it, and is very clean. The service was excellent as well. I went for a run one morning in the surrounding area and it is very quiet and enjoyable for a morning run or walk. Highly recommended in a very quiet "town" of Hakone."
