"Excellent high quality hotel with great spa and breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. They were overwhelmed, unprofessional and disorganized. They were understaffed and the desk area was too small for a hotel of this size."

"Excellent location, steps from Oslo Central Station. However, the area is not the best, dirty with some homeless morning around. Not a security concern, Oslo is super safe. The rooms at the hotel after super functional but tiny. Breakfast was superb!"

"Standard room was small and at night rather dark. Our room 324 was by a stairwell, we could hear a noise and investigated. The stairwell was acting as a speaker for the laundry Breakfast good as was the light evening meal. The chef who has a bald head was great, a real star, reception staff were all friendly and helpful One of our favourite hotels still"
