"Loved our stay here. Very clean and self check in was actually quite easy. Thers a single washer and dryer downstairs but also a laundromat around the corner. Also a Family Mart attached tp the building - great for coffee and breakfast. Quad room is a bit tight at night but very doable with some organzation. Location is perfect - in a quiet srea but only a few minutes to get to the populated shopping area."

"We had such a wonderful experience at this property. Just under 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious. "Nice place near Dotonbori. Perfect for tourists. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Metro stations were nearby and lots of shopping and food options. Floors near the bathroom were a bit creaky, which disturb d my kids sleep in the middle of the night. I wish there were drawers to organize clothes in. We mostly had to keep everything in our suitcases. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day out. Overall...

"Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beds are too firm and lack support (lots of body aches), concerned about hygiene and cleanliness in this apartment - expected to do your own cleaning with a minimum of 14days stay with little cleaning utensils supplied. Very close to fantastic food options, transport and plenty of things to do. Provided indoor footwear, umbrellas, washing powder (we ran out), small washing machine (no clothes dryer - it’s an airer in a closest) a small hanging rack x2 outside, eating utensils, cooking utensils.....

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. "Amazing hotel! It’s in a great location near many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a subway station right under the hotel lobby which was super convenient! The room looks super luxurious and it was really spacious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!"
