This was a heck of an early start to climb Mt Sneffels. I was very lucky to get these wonderful colors after a 4.50am start. A night sleeping in the back of the truck at the trailhead. It was worth it as I managed to miss the afternoon storms.

"We had 7 adults stay for a little under a week in July. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub, kitchen with plenty of seating, and hiking in the area. Highly recommend!"

"The walls are paper thin and we were unable to sleep—we could hear the person in the room next door snoring! It was horrible. And people didn’t follow the rules and take their ski boots off outside so could hear people stomping up and down stairs of their room early in the AM—and our room was a top floor room. "Great location. The free shuttle service plus the Telluride gondola system made our trip. Easy to get from lodge to resort, to downtown Telluride for skiing, meals and shopping. Outdoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with my boys."

"Location is almost a ski in ski out with a short walk to a ski run then ski down to a ski lift. Shuttle service is very convenient to get around mountain village and for pick up at the end of a ski day. It’s kind of too difficult to actually ski back to the lodge so a pick up at the market or the village is easier. Loved the pool and hot tub outside after a long ski day. They also have a sauna and steam room and indoor hot tub that was nice and clean. It was perfect for our needs just wish there...
