"The property is lovely, and well designed. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and marble bathroom counters. My room was extremely comfortable. I have had neck fusion surgery, and needed firmer pillows. 2 perfect pillows arrived within 10 minutes. Breakfasts are not what im used to... which isnt a bad thing. I generally have a protein shake in the morning. At the Opera House they offer a wide selection of pastries, excellent coffee, several juice selections and eggs. All very tasty. I can only...

"Beautiful hotel but for the amount you’re paying a night here I’d expect an exceptionally clean suite. I stood in the duplex suite and our toilet had pee stains and was not clean! Dust on the floor under beds clearly floor has not been swept or moped properly! "

"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, especially if you are going to an event at the Barclays Center. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, just what you need from a hotel! It does offer some nice ammenities too, like a workout room (a yoga mat in your room), bar, breakfast/dinner and snack area. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."
