"Lovely hotel / aparthotel situated in downtown Rio easily assessable from the VLT system ( tram) that links the area to central & various tourist sites
Decent sized modern rooms , good wifi. Good buffet breakfast . Great staff throughout the establishment but a special mention must go out to Clieton on reception who resolved an issue very professionally that occured in the breakfast area

The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk.
