"My family and I had a great time at this resort! The resort was well-maintained, beautiful, and a good value. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were a bit dated. I think the showers could use an update. But, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The beach was not the cleanest (due to the water and seaweed, not due to people’s waste), but the pool was beautiful. Would visit again! "

"We had an amazing time on our vacation and felt instantly relaxed here. The kids had a great time, too. The resort is pristine and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good (my favorite at the breakfast buffet was the smoked salmon and fresh fruits, Mexican coffee+ hot chocolate... And the clams on seafood night!). Be sure to try the ceviche at Oceana and the BLT at La Ronda! Great staff and activities - a nice vibe. There is something for everyone here. We will be back. They will try to sell you a timeshare so be aware of that."

"The time share company on site was trying to hard to make sales. There were no actual take home information for consideration. It was all " buy now for best deal" tactics. The wildlife on site was nice. Love the Mexican raccoons."

"Loved that only guests with cards are able to access the building, no children running in the halls since it's adult only. Very clean, very beautiful. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Walking distance to EVERYTHING!"

"The beach was a bit eroded no fault of the hotel but for Playa Del Carmen it was probably the best choice. The beach walkout rooms are the best for sure. "

"This was a great place to bring a toddler! The water park was awesome. The facilities are very clean. All the restaurants had high chairs that made everything convenient. Overall it was really nice and relaxing get away. The only thing that I would say that needs to be improved is they need to have locks on the inside of the doors to help keep toddlers in. My son kept opening our hotel room door from the inside there was no way to keep it shut no latch or anything of sort that can only be unlocked from the inside. Aside from this it was really great but that's an area that can be improved"
