"The property was well taken care of, the amenities were always going and warm and inviting, beds were very comfortable and clean and the turn down service and housekeeping was on spot "
"Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location to harbourfront with lots of activity and buzz. Also great transport by way of Seabus to downtown or bus to such places as Park Royal shopping centre. All very easy and calm."
"This property has the most amazing staff - front desk, housekeeping --- everyone. Smiling, loving their jobs, and caring about people. It is these hardworking and dedicated people who were central to my excellent guest experience. The property itself is immaculate and well cared for. I felt safe, I slept well, and the rates charged for my stay should be considered as quite fair in terms of the Vancouver hotel market. This is also a not for profit business that provides an amazing range of very important services and supports to persons in the community. I felt good supporting that programming through my stay. There is also road construction outside of the hotel and the kitchen area on my floor was under renovation --- minor frustrations that will both be resolved in just a very short time. In the end -- I had an excellent stay. Thank you for taking such great care of me for 4 days. I will be back!"
Friendly Home, where your family will be close to everything during your stay.
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver, the location is ideal - close to highway and sky train. Quiet street, felt safe. Check in was easy, the place is a compact basement suite and we felt welcomed and comfortable. Beds were very soft, and we appreciated the amenities like complimentary water bottles and coffee, and phone chargers. The water pressure in shower was ideal!! Tony was great to communicate with, all in all a good stay. "
"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, I came in a bit late and the concierge was very helpful. The decore of the establishment was very unique and the open atmosphere was literally a breath of fresh air. My stay was a well needed rest. I will definitely be staying here again."
