"The room was very dirty, especially in the bathroom. The outlets and all the corners all had piled up dirt. The area was beautiful, as was the view. The staff was extremely friendly. A deeper clean would improve the room significantly. "

"Great downtown location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The suites are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was professional and welcoming. The only downside is that Hastings Street nearby can feel a bit uncomfortable at times, especially in the evening. Overall, a very good stay and a convenient base for exploring Vancouver."

"Staff was excellent, but the property was questionable. There were what could only be described as blood splatters on the back of the bathroom door. We didn’t make a fuss as it was late, there were no other acceptable options available nearby, we were only passing through after a long flight, and by the look and feel of the property condition, it is doubtful that any other room would have been any better. The beds seemed clean so we went to bed, were careful not to touch anything and quickly left come morning. Let’s only hope we can all forget about it now…"

"Everything was top class. Our host Howie was very receptive to our needs though the place was so well equipped that they were minimal. It is a basement unit so natural lighting is poor but it was very well compensated by excellent interior lighting. Would definitely stay again "
