"After overcoming some miscommunication on getting into our room, we ended up having a very good experience for three days in Assisi. The well located room at Santa Chiara contributed much to our getting around and enjoying our visit to that amazing Italian town in the Umbrian Hills That said they could upgrade the product they provide with the continental breakfast. Francesco and Lucia made us feel well at home there and helped us significantly. And our last night at their restaurant resulted...

"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. "

"Location,location! The hotel is very close to all sights. Carmine and his wife run this hotel and take great care and pride in its upkeep. Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here."

"Lovely room which was clean and a lovely bathroom and shower. Family run property. Obvious that the whole family did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Alicia was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Too much sweet items for our taste but very beautifully displayed. Didnt use the small spa area, but would suggest the outside area of the spa be given some attention. "J’ai bien aimé l’endroit . La chambre était propre et style italienne . J’ai bien apprécié la présence de Margueritta qui parle Français elle est très serviable. Pour aller à la gare et revenir il y a un arrêt de bus à 20mn à pied . Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté pour y accéder. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus on peut accéder par la Porta Nuova pour visiter tous les endroits religieux commençant par BAsilique Sainte Claire et Santa Maria Maggiore où Saint Carlos Acutis se repose et en finissant à...

"We like the Place and the Environment. The Menu List didn‘t change the whole week, the Service was a little slow but very friendly. All in all it was a beautifull stay with a very friendly staff."

"It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended."
