This cozy home has a warm interior and many modern upgrades. It also features a convenient electric fireplace for chilly nights. For warmer days and evenings, each room contains a separate portable evaporative cooling unit.

Famous for the world's deepest geothermal hot springs, Pagosa Springs is just a mile into town! The San Juan River meanders through the middle of town and offers many aquatic activities, including fishing, tubing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 18 miles away for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Durango is less than 60 miles away!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs! The three-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect for our family of five, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The condo was very clean, cozy, and well cared for, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient for anything we needed during our stay. After a day of exploring the area, it was great to come back to such a comfortable place. Overall, this condo was the perfect home base for our trip to Pagosa Springs. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay!

Had a great week! Would only recommend, dining chair repair/replacement, fix toilet handles and shower head, supply more dishes except coffee cups, and remove plastic like cover on bed.had to go without water for the first night and until about midday the next day. Property management was not very helpful or communicative without calling repeatedly. We had to buy 20 gallons of water in order to flush toilets and live for the time without water. Rough start but overall good stay.

We checked in on 9/5/2024 after driving 15 hours and the lock to the front door did not work. I called Vacasa at 6pm and nothing was done due to them not being able to get ahold of the local office. Because my 76 year old mother and 9 year old granddaughter were staying in the rental with me, I had to stay up all night to make sure no one came through the front door. They finally sent someone the next morning after numerous calls all night and the next morning. She acted like I didn’t know how to use the lock. Then when I proved the lock was nonfunctional she decided she would go down to her truck to get tools to change the battery. Then came back up to say she needed to go get the company truck because she didn’t have tools in her personal truck. Finally came back and changed the battery but it wouldn’t take any of the codes to lock or unlock it. She left us with one physical key and said she would come back to change the lock out since we had 3 adults that would be coming and going at different times due to thing needing to be done for my daughters wedding. She never came back to change the lock which put us Ann in a bind when one would have the key and another needed to get in. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a rental. I have called numerous times and NEVER received a call back. I will it be staying at a Vacasa rental again.

The property needs to be cared for more diligently. There were stains on the carpet, the toilet in the master was broken. The sink in the master drained slowly. The faucet in the kitchen needs repair. One of the lights over the kitchen counter blinks constantly. The front door lock didn’t work and we were never made aware of a repair. The batteries for all remotes needed to be replaced. Finally, there was a family above us and you could hear every step.

Vacation in Pagosa Springs

The only bad thing was that this is a 2nd floor condo with one level above. The unit above was rented (or it was an owner) but we could hear them walking and running. The last night there was nobody there and it was delightful. Perhaps advising renters that there are people above and below and to be considerate.

Nice place, but needs maintenance work

In general, this is a nice place. However, we encountered a few problems we did not expect for this nicer place. In particular: 1) Wood on French doors to balcony was swollen, making doors hard to open. 2) Shower easily floods to floor - the baseboard was warped by the shower and there was visible mold from water damage.

Near hot springs

Nice property, had some unexpected grocery items in the kitchen. There was no laundry detergent however and the internet was very slow. Although it cooled down late at night, the unit needs some kind of air cooling system.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed everything about the property. We only have a few compaints: none of the doors or windows had screen, would have helped cool the rooms. Microwave and toaster did not work well. One of the shower heads needs to be replaced, pressure is very powerful, so much it hurt when it hit your skin. We ran out of garbage bags.

Weekend in Pagosa

Really easy to rent this place. Good location with access to everything. Place was clean and everything was easy to use. The only thing that I didn’t like and really wasn’t even that big a deal anyway was that there was no AC unit at the place. But we opened windows and doors and got good airflow—but we’re from Texas and we expect AC everywhere. Other than that it was excellent.

Great vacation rental!

This was a great experience for our family during spring break! It was in a great Central location with beautiful views! The property was clean and easily accessible and no hassle! Highly recommend and would use again. Very spacious!

Large, well stocked and clean.

This place was wonderful, large, clean and well stocked. It’s in a nice location on the golf course and easy to get on the road to ski and restaurants. We couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub to warm up. Which wasn’t that big a deal. There were rules and warnings on it but no instructions that we could find. The parking situation was great also.

Needs TLC and other issues.

Very clean and spacious. All the doors onto the decks stick and take a lot of effort to open. The oven smells like gas when it first lights and needs looking at. In spite of the "no smoking" ban in units and on the property we had to endure a ground floor tenant smoking on his patio. Do not plan on doing any work over the provided internet connection. It is sloooooow. Don't plan on taking a walk on any nature path that is on the property, there are none.

Beautiful condo for our family of 6 + 2 pups

This condo was beautiful, very clean, quiet, well stocked and in a great location central to everything we wanted to do in the Pagosa Springs area. I appreciated the “little things” all the way down to the doggie bowls/poop bags and Mrs. Meyers hand soap at every sink. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. I was especially surprised to find a muffin tin in the kitchen as I brought muffin mix for breakfast but didn’t think to bring a pan - they had one in the kitchen! Only thing I reached for and didn’t find in the kitchen was tin foil - haha! Otherwise, all the comforts of home!! We experienced a short delay in our check-in. Cleaning crew was there when we arrived a little after 4pm. Condo was ready for us at 4:40. Very clean, comfortable and spacious, his condo served our family very well for our three night stay!!
