  • The Residence & Surfhouse is located in Capannaccia (a hamlet of Palau), near the enchanting beach of Porto Pollo (a world-famous destination for surfers from all over the world), facing the stunning beaches of the La Maddalena archipelago and just a few kilometers from the Costa Smeralda.<br>It consists of three two-story buildings, featuring spacious terraces, gardens, and lush greenery in the common areas.<br>Designed and built to make you feel right at home, with all the comforts you need and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach or enjoying sports. The gardens on the first floor or the terraces on the upper floors let you unwind in a hammock or enjoy an al fresco dinner.
