Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. Beautiful amenities and exceptional hospitality professionals. Do note that it’s about 20 minutes from the city center and do NOT be frightened by the sketchy drive leading up to the property through narrow, bumpy durt roads.

Placed lived up to the pictures. Opted for room with private pool. Massive rooms, amazing Moroccan features, wonderful pool and separate garden. Grounds all in all were very impressive as well. Loved their breakfast and their warm welcoming staff. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel features modern furnishings and a trendy style. Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the vicinity. It was convenient for a late arrival and close to the airport.
