"Overall the stay was great. Armando at the front seat was amazing, very kind, nice, and so sweet. He answered any questions we may have had. The owner of the property was always available to answer questions if we had any. He responded very quickly to emails. He gave good directions on where everything was and gave recommendations of where to go to eat. "This condo is right in the middle of the complex which would be good to know. It would have also been good to know that many nearby places were closed permanently, and some others only open on the weekends. That being said, a rental car is a must if you even need basic groceries or sunscreen etc... We loved the setup of the condo, being ground floor was nice for elderly. "The dryer broke so we couldn’t dry our towels. The air conditioning in 1 room stopped working but we unplugged it for a whole day and it ended up working again. We stopped getting hot water for a day but fixed it by turning off and on the water heater in the electrical box. Good size rooms & bathrooms were decently clean.gated property so you felt safe . "This property surpassed our expectations! My family and I loved it. Beautiful facility, and gorgeous location. We had such an amazing time. It was close to the beach and the resort was perfect.
