"Room was clean and spacious. Everything is overpriced and 15% gratuity is automatically added to every single purchase throughout the entire resort. The staff lack customer service due to this automatic gratuity and will not work any harder than they should. Therefore, DO NOT TIP ANY ADDITIONAL GRATUITY! It is not deserved or appreciated. You have to constantly ask for a refill of water or wait on staff for the check. It’s insane that they don’t even bother to care for you. Aside from that, the resort itself is very beautiful but the staff definitely take away from the experience and need better customer service training. "

"There was a mix-up and our room was not available at check in. We were given a less of a room with a view overlooking the roof and parking lot. In exchange for the rest of our 6 day stay in there best accommodation a large suite with a large balcony over looking a 180 degree view of the ocean"

"Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and restaurant and great. Unfortunately there was construction and maintenance taking place at the property with no advance warning which made it so we could not be in our room after 9:00 am until 4 due to the noise and pounding- it was brutal-this was the case for 2 days which is a lot on a 5 night stay. "

"It’s good value for those on a budget hoping to take advantage of access to Atlantis but after a 9 night stay, we found the process to get wristbands tedious some days where it would take over an hour of lining up to get wristbands (pro tip- go early and sign your waivers online on the day of to save time and can show a picture of your ID so you don’t need to bring it along). Some of the things in the hotel were not in working condition but were all fixed relatively quickly (the safe took about 2 days to get properly fixed, the hair dryer didn’t work but they provided a new one, the light in the bathroom went out, the washing machines on the side of the building we were staying in were out of order), required 2 requests before they brought up a microwave in our room and the service at cruesoe’s restaurant usually take 1.5-2 hours per meal so plan accordingly. That said the food at cruesoe’s is delicious and pricing is reasonable. Overall not a bad stay and excellent value. I found little things annoying but tolerable. Try to get a room in the building on the left because closer to all amenities (pool, restaurant, stairs/ ramp you’d take to get to Atlantis, working washer and dryer). "

"The condo was as advertised. Great value. For that reason alone, you shouls stay there. The 5 stars are for the owner. I experienced a life threatening medical emergency. Steve was immediately responsive and did all he could to support us through this situation. He is a genuine caring and compassionate human being. His recommended driver, Monique, is also a truly fine person. With minimal notice, she picked up our kids at the airport and brought them straight to the hospital! I can never thank them enough for helping us. They are the gold standard for "responsive hosts"!"
