"Great property with a lot of variety for all groups and classes of people. Great pools, beaches, variety of rooms and towers to choose from, large property so you dont get bored with the same thing everyday. The beach i spent time on was maintained, they smoothed the sand every morning, but still had some trash leftover from the day before so that needs to be addressed. had plenty of covered and non covered chairs, but would recommend reserving one of the few covered chairs they have that has waitstaff service for drinks, they need more of those. Only issue i had was one of the rooms had AC issue for 3 days before getting corrected. I spent 4 days there, would recommend the property due to size and variety of activities."

"Sarah is lovely and one of the best hosts I've had on vacation. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location to Atlantis in one direction and in the other direction you will find the beautiful Paradise Island Versailles gardens, and a perfect, quiet beach location that Sarah recommends - it was truly amazing and magical. We did not need a car. The villa had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (both beach and bath), comfortable beds, and an amazing air conditioner. Sarah is super responsive and very accommodating. We had a late flight and Sarah had a quick turn around, but she went above and beyond to help us - we greatly appreciated her amazing hospitality and highly recommend Sarah's villa. We can't wait to return one day!"

"Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall."

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The home was only steps away from a great pool and the most beautiful beach. The property was equipped with everything needed for a perfect day at the beach. Viola’s, the restaurant on site, was fabulous. John was a wonderful, responsive host. He was very quick to respond with any inquiries both before and during our stay. The trip was a 10/10 for our family of 5."

"Sunrise Beach Club is definitely the best option if one doesn't like staying in those mega hotels and prefers a more comfortable and non restricted accommodation and still right on a very nice beach. When we arrived the place was spotless and there was plenty of everything that we would need. I would also like to mention that the foam mattresses were very comfortable. Our host John made the experience even more pleasurable by responding immediately to any question we had and taking care of any need in minutes. I'm the kind of person who if not happy with something I'll abstain from writing a negative review, but I definitely believe that credit should be given when credit is due.Y.G."
