Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again"

"This hotel is clean and closely located to the new Victoria Cross Metro station. We enjoyed our stay - the only complaint was staff were a little slow to react. We had someone park in a thoroughfare in the carpark so larger cars could not exit and it took over an hour to have resolved. "
