"Perfect for a short quiet trip. The hotel is placed in a quiet area. There are some good restaurants at walking distance. Pinto is quiet and calm. SO if this is what you are looking for, go for it! Overall the staff was helpful, polite and courteous! The room was clean, the hotel has a bar and restaurant (I didn't try it, but it was always busy, so it must be good). Good breakfast choices. Overall I had a good stay there."

"In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)"

"Just one dinning option 3 blocks away that was very good. AC was not working but we opened window and the breeze was nice. Good view to the nearby field on the rail trucks. Room was a bit worn out but ok for our needs. It is nearby train station but train had delays due to repairs so took for us longer to reach Madrid centre."

"The location/price is perfect for visiting Parque Warner Madrid. Getting to the city itself can be quite a hassle even with a GPS (tunnels). Breakfast could be improved, but it's good enough. The rooms for families of 4 get a bit crowded."

"We have an excellent stay at Bob W Arte. The facilities provided were spotless, the staff courteous and attentive when required. It’s located within 5 mins walk of a super market, across the road from a food market, and within 10 mins walk of 3 Metro Stops. There’s a good coffee shop just next door and a couple of decent places to eat close by. It’s provided us with a good snap shot of Madrid living. Getting around Madrid was easy too. "

"Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!"

"The hotel was perfectly situated to where we wanted to be in Madrid. It was easy to walk to The Prado and Sofia Reina museums, and Retiro Park was literally around the corner. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. And the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Being welcomed with a glass of cava made the experience even better!"
