"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"We were refused service at the restaurant, when we told staff we were willing to wait they said no point you probably won’t get a table. Then we asked if we could eat in our room and they said no. Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance."

"Great hotel with friendly helpful staff, both breakfast and dinner were lovely. Couldn’t fault the hotel room and the location is so handy only a few minutes walk from Skipton centre down the canal path. "
