"A quaint little inn in the most adorable quaint little town I saw on my trip to England. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were sparkling clean. The location was perfect, right near all the little shops and the town square. A very laid back feel to the hotel, restaurant and bar, and for that matter the whole town. All the hotels and bars, and even most of the restaurants in this town allow dogs in them. The dogs we saw were so well behaved, but I'm not a dog person and the smell...

Perfect house in delightful position and location

"We really enjoyed ourselves - the house looked lovely and was very good to spend time in - comfortable in all respects and everything worked very well - extremely well equipped, also. The position in Bewerley, five minutes walk up the hill from Pateley Bridge with all its (many!) amenities was a real bonus - it was great not needing to use the car for every single journey. Finally, the views from the house were delightful in themselves: to front, on to the Bewerley village green, which happened to have cherry trees in blossom (lucky us!); to rear, across meadows, with sheep, to the other side of Nidderdale. Although we have spent a great deal of time in the Yorkshire Dales, this was our first visit to Niddlerdale, which is quite different and special. We loved it and hope to return. "

Nice size, but

"First off, we booked for 3 people and 10 days. We were given 1 trash bag, 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, and one laundry pod. Not very well serviced. It must be noted that the courtyard the flat is in, is also a beer garden for a local pub. That means drunk people yelling and laughing until the wee hours of the morning with cigarette smoke making everything smell like an ashtrray. as well as a daily 7am wake up call from dumping all yhe glass bottles into the recycling. there is also a dog in the area that leaves presents and puddles roght on the front door mat. the flat has no hot eater heater so not even tepid water at the sinks or tub. shower is ok tho. no fans, rotten mop, no broom or dustpan, no vaccuum. "
