The location is perfect—easy to find and conveniently situated near local attractions 20 minutes from the Airport, a nice coffee shop next door (and minutes from major Roma Norte restaurants and events. The staff was exceptional; they were responsive and always available to assist with any questions or requests. They provided excellent recommendations for local food and sights, which made our trip even more enjoyable....

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...
