The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Please put the bins next to the road prior to your departure. If the trash does not all fit in the bins with the lid closed, you MUST take it with you. The animals will get into the trash.
Turn off all space heaters. Set the A/C & Mini Split to 60 degrees during the winter and 80 degrees during the summer.
Clean up after your pets, if you brought them. This includes outside and inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Put the trash bin next to the road. If the lid does not close, you MUST take it with you to avoid a $100 fine. The animals will make a huge mess.
Absolutely no smoking in or near the house. Please respect the owner and all future guests. $750 fine for smoking inside.
