"The house is spotless and cosy. Everything you needed is in the house. Lots of shops nearby. The host is very helpful and response quickly if you have questions. "

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."

"A bit cramped for 10 people and we had to request extra chairs and even then there were only 8.It served its purpose and was adequately stocked. In all, recommended for a smaller group who need to be in that area"

"The property is located in Jesmond, a very pleasant area of Newcastle with a good range of shops and excellent public transport links to the city centre. We experienced a couple of issues with the property but these were mostly sorted out by Pass the Keys."

"Unfortunately the host never provided any joining instruction nor did they respond to mine or Vrbo management's emails or messages through the app in the days leading up to stay, so our group had to find alternative accommodation whilst on the train to Newcastle."

"Comfortable house, with everything needed for day-to-day living, perfect for two people. Quiet location, very nice neighborhood, close to the Q3 bus stop, and a 15-minute walk to the Aldi supermarket. Irene was always attentive to our comments. We had a wonderful stay there for almost two months!"

"Not very clean, mold on kitchen ceiling and main hallway. Mattrases very poor quality, no way to clean rugs. Outside space not useable especially for children. Walls dirty with fresh coat of whitewash to try and hide it. Not worth what we paid for at all."

"House was very clean and neat. All amenities worked. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with property manager was very good and responded quickly."
