"Loved the cabin. Spacious and close to the park. No staff to speak of..had to walk across the street to a disengaging 3 rd party. Upon check in, the front desk tried to engage us in eco-friendly service, which means no service with no discount. "

"We visited the first week in May 2026. The first room they gave us, on the ground floor, had a window with a broken lock. The room also had poor lighting. They moved us to another room on the ground floor. The window locked but the door wouldn’t latch or lock reliably. The third room was fine. One of the staff said they just “took back the hotel” and were getting to know it. It definitely needs maintenance. The hot tub was in a separate building. We didn’t use it. The breakfast was limited to tiny danishes and dry cereal."

"We booked a two-queen room and had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was hot and adequate selections. Room was big with a private door between beds, which was a big plus."

" Nothing worked such as internet, fireplace, hot tub, sauna. Didn’t have instructions for anything as far as checking out, how to operate the TV, WiFi login, fireplace operation. Location was great and cabin was nice. "
