This beautiful spacious home is all you could ever ask for. With plenty of room for everyone and nestled along the shores of Bayou Grand with picturesque views of the bayou. Sunrises and sunsets are both spectacular to behold and with the added bonus of your own front row show to our prized Blue Angels practice sessions. Lounge by the pool, fish from the dock, or grill up some of your favorites. This magnificent home has it all. fishing charters, boating excursions, dolphin cruises available at a discount to our guests from your dock!

We could not have imagined a more picturesque property. Sunrise and sunset are breathtaking over the bayou. The excitement of the occasional flyover from the NAS across the way had us all looking towards the skies. The home was spacious and provided the amenities we needed with ample space for all six members of our group. The home provided space for family time and space for everyone to spread out. We appreciated the little things - fishing poles on the patio ready to throw a line in the water, big windows that provided natural light, the quiet space off the beaten path. While it was too cool for swimming this go around, the host stopped by to insure everything was clean and working properly. We were well taken care of - zero complaints - and counting the days until our return!

Nice place on the bayou. Pool isn't heated so we were not able to use since it was too cold. Everything you need was supplied in the kitchen for cooking. Furniture very clean, beds comfortable all with TVs in each bedroom. Fishing pools were available. Lots of activity with planes taking off from base which we enjoyed. Unfortunately blue angels don't start practice until end of March so unable to enjoy that perk.

This is a great house in a great location! The view of the bayou was beautiful. Several times we were able to watch dolphins and pelicans from the back yard! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.The house is very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we do quite a bit of cooking). It is close to everything we like to do in Pensacola. Right across the water is the Pensacola Naval Air Base, so it can get noisy with the planes coming and going. If you are there when The Blue Angels are in town, it would be a great place to watch their practices on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. We had no issue with plane noise during the night. During the day, it could get loud outside, but it was fun to watch the planes take off and land, so we were not bothered by the noise.This would be a great place for a family. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The living room is very large and there is a sunroom off the back, by the pool. It was too cold for us to use the pool as it is not heated. But we would enjoy it in the summer. We did enjoy sitting outside in the screened in patio around the pool.The property owners were very helpful and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

Myself and three of my employees were in Pensacola for work for a month. The house was very comfortable, host was very easy to work with. We had plenty of room to cook meals and relax on our off hours. The house is in a great location and easy to find, and off the main road. Super quiet. Would definitely get this house again if we are in town for work or vacation.

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to get privacy and yet lots of room for gatherings. The host has great communication and took care of us promptly. We are planning on staying here again.

The house is huge! No stairs just one step to the back room so it’s good access for anyone who needs accommodations. There is no “traditional “ driveway so heads up on that if you have a low vehicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to make meals. There was no propane tank on the grill, so you’ll have to get one if you want to grill. There is a dock that is amazing and fishing poles on the porch to use. The fish are aggressive and great for fishing. We had a blast. The dock is shared I believe because we did see what I’m assuming was neighbors fishing off it at night. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Dollar general is really close for any last minute needs. My only complaint would be the floors. They are stained concrete and were kinda dirty. And the living room could use a large area rug. Now that being said i understand why they probably don’t and of course why the floors are the stained concrete for easy cleaning so it’s not a deal breaker. We are a family of 5 and all my girls had their own space and there was still a back room with a large bed and bath unused. This house would be great for large families. And a huge plus was it was only 10 mins from base. All in all this was a great week spent with our sailor in a home away from home.

Lots of room and fishing

There was plenty of room for everyone. Fishing was great off the private dock. We saw dolphins on several occasions in the bayou while fishing. A good location near many visiting sites. A must see is the Navy Museum. Because of the time of the season we were unable to see the Blue Angels practice or use the pool at the house, but we had plenty of sites to take in. We had a very good trip.

Beautiful & Spacious

We had an awesome time at this house. It is SO big! We had a group of six and we never got in each other's way. The patio/pool area is so enjoyable. The pier and view of the bay is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Christmas vacay

The property has great potential and has various repairs needed. There was dust, spider webs, construction items left out on shelves and window seals, and no trash receptacles. Also, the garage was open and thus was an eye sore and potential safety issue. Although there were things needing repair and cleaned I was well pleased with the property overall. The property manager did respond quickly to my concerns and did what could be done. I will definitely reserve this property again.

Fall Break Family time

The overall house was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We brought our Kayaks with us, so the lake was nice to explore, the kids loved it. As far as the needs for the house, for big families a large dining table for everyone sit down for supper would be nice. The round table that is there, it only had two chairs not broken, And the eat up bar had four bar stools but only two of them were high enough to eat at the bar. I went and bought a toast for the kitchen and handheld mixer. I also, had to buy extra bath and kitchen towels for the two weeks we were there. Also, every window had huge wasp nest that I went and got spray and clean out all of the nest around the house, because I have children that are deadly allergic to stings. And lots of fire ants everywhere in the yard. (watch where you step) Other than not having enough towel, kitchen supplies, insect problems and sitting issues, the house is in a great location very quiet neighborhood and beautiful lake. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Beautiful home and very spacious.

The house was beautiful, looks like it has been recently remodeled but the construction clean up wasn't the greatest. The pool is a little dated and has paint flaking off the sides. No garage access and no additional beach supplies like chairs etc.

Great place for bringing a boat.

Great if you are bringing a boat to keep it in the water. Very large and spacey house. Held our family and friend with his family no problem. Only thing is the grass was tall and would have been nice if it was cut.

Family fun

My family and I stayed here for a week. It’s very spacious and a pretty good location if you are doing other things. The Blues flew two practice shows while we were There and that was pretty sweet to just watch them from the deck. Our grandkids came to visit and They loved the pool! We had a couple issues with some things but the property manager got on it which makes things go so much more smoothly when there is effective communication. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed watching Dolphins and boaters going by.
