"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. "The facilities and setting are the best that I have experienced in Truro. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very filling. I accidently left one of my shirts in the hotel room and the staff contacted me and handed it in at reception so I could collect later in the day. Top class service"
