"tried checking in at 2:00. Staff said room wasn't ready but that I would get a call/text when it was. I never received any messages. Went back to the front desk at 3:00 to see if the room was ready, and at that point, had to stand in a long line."

"The King corner rooms are at the end of the hall and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and the pool was enjoyable. Great stay as always."
