Nice clean old school house it different in a quiet part of town but close to everything ,lots of extras in the house to make your stay easier we liked it big yard for grandchild to run around

Always choosing this place to stay, it's got a great sized yard, house is perfect size, perfect parking. Well maintained and location is nice and quiet.

Convenient Location

My partner and I brought our 2 dogs for a week and a half stay at this property. The location was great, super close to the beach and walking tracks which our dogs loved, along with the big backyard. Had everything we needed and we had a great stay.

Overall great stay! Highly recommend but if you want to go out where you can’t take your dog I suggest finding some where else as they didn’t like us leaving our dogs there while we did touristy things! But the facilities and placement were 10/10

Disappointed

Arrived at property late at night and unable to stay and had to find alternative accommodation due to the property being dirty. Emailed owner on the Friday night and advised. Heard back on the Monday.Sent photos through to Stazys and received the majority of my money back.

A very welcome ‘port in a storm’ while supporting our family with medical needs after hospital trip for our grandchild. This accommodation provided a safe place to relax and had everything we needed. Great location for walking along the waters edge to the cafe strip and coffee to destress. Thank you for ease of access and a successful outcome.

Great communication with hosts and all basic ammenties at your fingertips.

A little overwhelmed upon arrival as house located next door looks like squatters were once living there (although fenced with security cameras). House was exactly as per the description and had all we needed for our 4 night stay and priced accordingly. Great aircon and easy access to shops/water front in Rockingham. Musty smell in loungroom and needed to leave door open to air out. House is older and window coverings/screens old and dusty but the house suited our needs for our stay. Owners easy to communicate with. Some facilities need replacing..ie ironing board cover and washing machine

Great location and perfect for your furry friend

The property is in a great spot a short walk from the dog beach and not far from the main Rockingham strip. Good comms from the owners. It was great to have somewhere we could take the dog with a backyard for him to run around in and it was easy to clean up after him with a plentiful supply of poo bags. The place itself is looking a little tired, it needs a good spring clean. The laundry tap was still dripping - we put the bucket underneath to catch the water. There was no HDMI cord to connect the DVD player to the TV. A few small things like a box of tissues or paper towel would have been nice, but had everything else we needed otherwise, kitchen reasonably equipped etc. Thanks for having us stay!

Lewington Beach Retreat, Rockingham.

Great location for beach and Rockingham foreshore, very comfortable accommodation, decor a little dated but very well provisioned and secure for pets. Would readily come again.

Fabulous location for us because its close to Doggy beach

Suits our purpose , we stayed here 5 years ago and nothing has changed , with the exception of a new Smart TV , which without WIFI serves no useful purpose .

Location , location.

As you can see we enjoyed the location and plenty of walks for our dogs. Was a quiet area as well. The cooking utensils need lots king at as a bit worn. As well the toilet does not flush good . We had a hard time after driving for 8 hours getting intomthe property because the owner did not give us the code until we managed to contact someone . I did find that very stressful.

We don't mind staying in old properties, but do expect them to be clean and not smelly. We were booked in for 3 nights, but left after 1. We were also given the incorrect code to get in.

Unfortunately we never received the code for the lock box, thankfully the neighbour was home and she was able to get hold of the owner and got a code for us. The house was not clean, the quilt on the bunk bed was dirty, looks like food was messed on it. The sink in the bathroom was dusty, and the hot tap leaked when on. I spilt water on the kitchen floor, when I wiped it up the paper towel was BLACK! Dinner plates were also dirty when I took them out the cupboard. I went to use the washing machine and found black mould all over the inside. The mattresses were not very comfortable and really sagged in the middle. The house reminded me of my grandparent’s holiday house, where it has most things but nothing matches, and not much money is spent on maintaining things. Also, the window in the main bedroom opens/looks out onto another room in the house. On a positive the aircon worked really well!

Check in and out was easy! Location was close to eating and the beaches. House had everything we needed! Only downside was no Wi-Fi and I had to go outside for good phone reception.
