Entire independent Tavern of about 160MQ with about 4000 MQ of Garden on Villa completely in stone and wood. A large bathroom with shower, GREAT KITCHEN, Very large living room. FIREPLACE with WOOD OVEN also in the Bedroom.

Breathtaking panorama over the city of Perugia, which can be reached only 3 minutes by car.
Our house is located in the highest position of a high hill within a nationally protected park with unique panoramas in the city of Perugia and surrounding areas.
INTERNET in Optical Fiber
free, unlimited, both in Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet. Also available outside in the whole garden, and in all internal areas of the house.

Exceptionally Wonderful

First of all the pictures do not do the views their due justice. David is a wonderful host. The place was immaculate and very user friendly The home is large and well furnished. You will love your stay here just as we did. Loved it and will return again.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2023
