"Cute Swiss cabin interior in the heart of the city. Perfectly situated for free transport, bus to tram/train, easy to get to and from Geneva airport and lake is also walkable. Generous sized room & lovely bathroom with the best shower. Hotel restaurant amazing, delicious food and fabulous atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stores nearby, easy garage underground parking for 30 francs. Check in/out was easy. About a 20 min walk to the English garden and Old Town. Rooms we had were bigger than expected and comfortable beds. "

"Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!"

"I didn't really need much out of it, as I only got to the hotel at night and had an early morning flight to Cyprus the next morning, but I got what I needed out of it. It was a nice place to stay, and they arranged for a shuttle to the airport in the morning. "
