"After arriving where we had booked, we were told to have taxi take us to another apartment not nearly as nice and not where we wanted to be. Broken appliances, noisy street interrupting our sleep, owner would not answer texts, no clean towels or soap until we asked 5 days into stay. No washer dryer I had specifically asked for. Appliance instructions in French and not like any we had ever seen so couldn’t use them and no microwave. Dead plants on tiny balcony overlooking street instead of garden...
