The girl at the desk said your canceled i said what excuse me, she then said loud you need to leave the premises. I asked what about the money I already paid up front and she said thats not my problem you need to hit up expedia about it. I made the reservation through Hotel.com she said they are all the same and i need to get off the property. I will make sure I tell everyone I know it's the worst place I have ever been to. What happened to customer service and respect "
