A beautiful resort and lovely staff

Can't say enough about the Centura Grande. Large rambling Victorian style hotel with acres of gardens featuring decades old topiaries. We've been returning several times over the years and it never loses its charm. It is family friendly with a playground and activities for the kids. You can swim in three pools, lounge in the sun poolside or on the extensive lawns or hit the beach of the Gulf of Thailand. Staff members are friendly, smiling and competent.

The staff is helpful and pleasant, they provided advice and helped book activities nearby.

Great hotel with an enormous pool area. The beach was fine but rarely used by us as there were no sunbeds there but the pool more than makes up for it. Clean and comfortable rooms that however felt a bit dated. A bit off the beaten track which was good since Hua Hin isn't a particularily nice place to hang out in. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of food in the restaurants. Would recommend to stay in a garden view room as the rooms overlooking the pool are not very private.

What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Nice and comfy stay

Decisive management came through on resolving an issue. This leadership made the stay excellent.

Right by the beach. I got the cheapest room and was pleasantly surprised that the room was realy spacious including a big balcony with a patio swing, table, pool view and partial ocean view. The staff is very curtious, fast and efficient. I loved the pool, actually three connected pools, one for children, one for swimmers and one with a pool slide. My girlfriend really enjoyed the pony rides on the beach - not included, but readily available and affordable.

This is a beautiful hotel with full service kitchen, nice pool, and very scenic view. However, it is very much an oasis in the area. There is NOTHING nearby, at least a 1000 Baht taxi ride. That said, the room was just perfect; clean with a full bath as well as shower, kitchenette, and great bed. The staff was SO friendly however, they don't speak English. An excellent stay for a short getaway from BKK. We went during a long Mother’s Day weekend so the place was a bit packed at first. After Sunday/Monday, we pretty much had the entire resort to ourselves. This property is meticulously well manicured. Great dining options on premise. I highly recommend Casa Mare which is their most high end restaurant right by the water. The hotel is quite a drive from Bangkok but worth it. Once you arrive, you are in heaven. The beach is gorgeous and the rooms are large and nicely decorated. There are enough restaurants to choose from if staying for a few days, but going to the village for more variety is fairly close.

Hotel staffs are really nice. Garden and surrounding area are really nice. Hotel offers local activities which make the trip fun. Hotel restaurants are also really good (for both food and drinks) and staffs at restaurants are also nice. Overall, it is a good place for holiday getaway.

Helpful and hardworking staff, excellent pool. Great location, steps away to "monkey hill", an easy hike will lead to an excellent view over the long HuaHin beach. Will definitely cone back in future.
