Amazing. Beautiful hotel like beautiful Philly. Their rooms have excellent interiors. Felt like in a different era. The breakfast was excellent with fresh muffins and cakes. Will rate the hotel one of the best. Plan to stay again.

Staff was delightful. Room was spacious and so mid-century style comfy.

I had a quick trip into Philly for an event in Center City and decided to stay nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and everything I needed was in walking distance. I chose to park at a garage around the corner because the hotel parking is 60.00 per day. Lots of cheaper options in the area.

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

We loved our 4-night stay at Notary Hotel! We walked to Reading Terminal Market, we took the subway to the Eagles game and we did two college tours.

When I arrived I asked the wonderful woman at the reception desk about the possibility of dinner reservations at three of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia. Then I quickly broke a glass in my bathroom. By the time I went back down to request vaccuming to get up all the shards (which was taken care of instantly), she already had the reservations and the times I hoped for. I have stayed at the AKA Rittenhouse many times. It is probably the best location in Philadelphia-- overlooking Rittenhouse Square and right next to the best restaurants and shops in town. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Like so much of Philadelphia, the building is old but beautiful.

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

Good recommendations

Quiet, peaceful and so pleasant and warm … felt safe wondering around after 10pm when everything was shut. All the Christmas lights were on and it was beautiful to say the least… lovely places to shop and eat. Most boutiques are pricey but there is something for everyone’s budget. Make sure you ask for a room with a good view of the village some are of rooftops which is a shame.

Room was clean, newer finishes, kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast had great options, including sausage, hash browns. Would have rated our stay 6 stars if it was an option.

The staff was very nice as was our room. It was quiet and well-kept. It was also convenient to good restaurants and other activities.
