"The hotel has a lot of potential but need some overlook in some areas. Two doors from the parking ask to use your room key to enter and doesn’t work, elevators not well clean, parking around the property full of dog waste not pick up by the owners… it’s a health hazardous. Look like no management around the employees are running the show…"

"The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was not the most helpful. Checking in, another customer couldn’t get their tv to work and the lady at the counter said he could try the ones in the lobby but also said “I don’t know how to so you have to figure it out” the next morning I was by the entrance which was directly by breakfast due to a very small lobby, I had our dog while waiting for my daughters getting breakfast. "It was the worst experience"

"Took several pictures. Spa out of order. Gym out of order. Arrived and assigned room was not clean yet. No cleaning staff at night so no other room that matched ours. No spare rolling cots for smaller room. Smaller room reassigned to was also dirty (but not to same extent and tired of going up and down to bother the 1 and only staff onsite). Figured out what the smell was lingering in 2nd room and disposed of article. Don’t stay with your kids here. Parking was the only positive to report out."

"Horrible experience. My initial room was cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom and in the beds. Staff was super polite gave me another room in which that room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was cold hotel needed a major upgrade."

"One star for the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. No stars for: overall poor condition of the premises, especially the elevator. Buttons on 3rd floor were wired incorrectly. Hotel rear entry door was never locked. Room was subpar also: inconsistent key card reader (had keys changed multiple times), air flow / fan not working in bathroom, air conditioner was extremely loud and clanky, and miscellaneous quality issues (dents, dings, chipped paint, stained carpet, etc.)."
