"We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could check in early and the check in was incredibly smooth, João helped us check in and it was the most comfortable and sweetest person ever. Super attentive and friendly and made us very comfortable since the start. The hotel scent is very beautiful and it has a luxury feel, I don’t know how to explain! They have a water fountain available at the hotel and you can re-fill your bottle as many times as you want. The gym has really good equipment and they also have a sauna! The room was really good and the bathrooms are good. The only thing I would say that would need improvement, but it wasn’t a problem at all for us, but could be for someone else is the water pressure in the shower. I seriously loved this hotel and I think we have found our forever hotel in Paris. Seriously, 10 stars in my opinion - thank you for making our stay, incredible ☺️🤍"
