"The bathroom sink drain was rusty and partially clogged. Stuck when using. The safe was inoperable and after maintenance corrected it was still unusable. The screen door to the patio was broken/off rails and couldn’t open. Maintenance did fix that after we called. As a Hilton awards member I was dismayed at these conditions."

"Although we believe some details around the property, pool, and landscaping could be improved, our overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and nicely decorated rooms, lovely beach and pools, and mostly quiet location. The games in the upstairs lobby area need updated- the pieces are missing from most! Also loved the complementary morning coffee…just wished it would start closer to 6:30am rather than 7am."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved this house. Layout was perfect inside and out. Kitchen was idea for large meals/families. Pool area was very spacious yet still felt like everyone was connected. Unlike most houses, everything (light switches, electronics)was labeled. Small feature but very helpful."

"Seasar's Palace worked out perfectly for our family of 17 (nine kids, 8 adults). The style, layout, and size of the home were perfect. It has a very dramatic yet inviting great room with extraordinary high ceilings. The 7.5 bathrooms, most of which were ensuite, were convenient. The fact that there were two of everything was fantastic (disposals, sinks, dishwashers, clothes washers, dryers, refrigerators). The beds were comfortable and the linens were fine. The towels and washcloths were of unusual high quality for a rental. Wi-Fi, A/C, water pressure and temperature were all fine. The pool has some discoloration to the paint on the bottom, but it is good-sized and provided a lot of fun, as did the hot tub. We had some confusion operating the TVs in that there were a lot of random remote controls, some in the wrong rooms, but we figured it out LOL. The beach was truly remarkable...best we've had in 50 years of frequenting OBX beaches. Broad, clean, uncrowded, with manageable waves, warm water temp, and water as clear as some Caribbean beaches. Our only significant complaint is that there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired or replaced--I'll send a private list with photos to the management company. None were show stoppers in themselves, but the number showed that there may need to be more attention to detail. All in all, it was a great place for our family."

"Bikini Bottom had everything that our family could have wanted in a beautiful beach home. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar area were perfect for still getting fun relaxation time without being on the sand all day. The very short walk to the beach makes this place all the better. The rooms and living areas were all very comfortable and very beautiful. Any of the multiple deck areas are perfect for morning coffee, mid-day lemonade or evening cocktails. Our dog was living his best life for a whole week, and we think the kids might have had some fun too. We hope this place becomes a continued vacation spot for our family in the future."
