"One of the experiences I loved was the customer service. The Manager Ms. Lequisha is a great multi tasker. She was handling technical issues, adhering to staff concerns and then I arrive with a dilemma. My flight from DC arrived in the early morning hours. And I was hoping that a room would be available before the 3pm check in. No rooms were ready but she did offer me water and for me to have a seat in the lounge area along with my luggage because my cab driver was leaving. Needless to say that...

"Only problem I saw was pulling up and a man and woman was hanging out the window smoking i started to think i made a bad decision! But that quickly changed after i saw front let me know thats not normal and my stay was great!"
